Patrick's background includes 19 years FULL TIME dedication to the real estate business in Delaware County. He is a lifelong resident to the area and graduate of Delta High School.
His education includes a bachelor degree from Ball State University in Business Administration and Finance. He has been licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1990 and has been a licensed Auctioneer for 20 years. He is also a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and holds the GRI designation from the National Association of REALTORS.
Patrick is the proud father of three sons and has been married for 28 years to Susan, a lifelong resident.

Ryan's background includes working with computers, technology, graphic design and several small businesses. Ryan has achieved the Indiana Real Estate Brokers License, Indiana Auctioneer License and is currently pursuing his NAR designations. Since joining The ORR Home Selling Team in October of 2003 he has put his technology and marketing background to work helping our clients! As a member of The ORR Home Selling Team his duties include helping buyers and sellers make the right real estate decisions and also making the transactions as smooth as possible!
Ryan currently resides with his wife Ashley Orr in Muncie, Indiana and they are expecting their first child in April 2009.

She manages administrative and accounting duties and also assists The ORR Home Selling Team
Susan is a dedicated mother of her three sons Ryan 25, Aaron 21 and Christian 8. She has been married to Patrick for 28 years.
