Patrick's background includes 18 years FULL TIME dedication to the real estate business in Delaware County. He is a lifelong resident to the area and graduate of Delta High School.
His education includes a bachelor degree from Ball State University in Business Administration and Finance. He has been licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1990 and has been a licensed Auctioneer for 18 years. He also is a licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Indiana and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and holds the GRI designation.
Patrick is the proud father of three sons and has been married for 26 years to Susan, a lifelong resident.
